  • Vanishing deductible of $50 per year without a claim (maximum $250)
  • No deductible for hit and run
  • Up to $35,000 in coverage for damage to a borrowed or rented vehicle; for a few extra dollars, this amount can be upped to $50,000

You can also add the Legal Insurance rider, which provides you with unlimited legal assistance, as well as insurance to defray the services of the lawyer of your choice. Legal insurance covers the following types of disputes:

  • Individual work-related disputes
EQUITAS BRONZE provides you with compensation of up to $5,000 per dispute, to a maximum of $10,000 per year.

EQUITAS SILVER increases the limits to $10,000 per dispute and a maximum of $20,000 per year.

Free and unlimited services covered by your policy:

  • Legal assistance
    You can talk to a lawyer free of charge for any dispute, including ones that involve tax or contract law (excluding any criminal issues). You can also buy legal insurance.
